What does the platform handle?
The managed platform brings together clinician sourcing, outreach, response tracking and initial screening against your brief. You meet interested clinicians and lead the interviews, credential checks and hiring decisions.
Who owns the clinician relationship?
You own the relationship. The platform handles sourcing, outreach and screening, while you stay in control of the clinician conversation.
Do clinicians need to be on Kandidate or a job board?
No. The platform researches relevant clinicians and reaches out using available contact information. They do not need to have applied to your job or created a Kandidate profile to hear about your opportunity.
Can our recruitment agency work with us?
Yes. Hospitals can work with their recruiters through the platform, and agencies can involve their hospital clients. We recommend using the hospital’s connected account where agreed; agencies can also use their own outreach. We agree the working arrangement and access during setup.
Does Kandidate guarantee a hire?
No. We focus on connecting you with interested clinicians screened against your agreed criteria. Initial screening supports your review; it does not replace your interviews, credential verification or hiring decision.
