SMS Consent

1. What Messages Are Sent

Candidates may receive a single, personalized 1:1 recruiting SMS. Each message includes:

• The recruiter's name
• The sender (Verity Labs)
• The specific role being discussed

2. How Consent Is Collected

Candidates are sourced from professional networks (such as LinkedIn) and partner job boards. The initial SMS is informational only. A candidate must reply YES to actively opt in to further communication. No follow-up messages are sent unless the candidate replies.

3. Opt-Out

Candidates can opt out at any time by replying STOP. This results in:

• Permanent suppression of all future SMS from Verity Labs
• Suppression applied across all recruiters on the platform

4. Message Frequency

One initial message is sent per opportunity. No follow-up messages are sent unless the candidate explicitly replies YES to opt in.

5. Standard Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
