Terms for Clinicians

Kandidate is a recruiting service run by Verity Labs ("we", "us"). Kandi is Kandidate's AI career assistant. These terms apply when you sign up to hear about roles through Kandidate, for example through a form on Facebook, Instagram or kandidate.io.

Kandi asks what you want from your next role (setting, schedule, pay, location and so on), looks for openings that fit, and asks employers about roles on your behalf, including roles that are not posted yet. When there is a match, we offer you an introduction. You decide which ones to take.

Kandi is free for you. Employers pay us a fee if they hire someone we introduced. We can't promise you a job, an interview or a particular salary.

By signing up, you agree that Kandidate may contact you about job opportunities using the details you gave us:

• Email, from Kandi or a member of our team.
• Phone calls, which may be made by Kandi, our AI voice assistant, or by a person. Calls may use automated technology and an artificial or AI-generated voice.
• Text messages and WhatsApp, which may be sent using automated technology.

We contact you only about roles and your job search, not to sell you anything. How often depends on what is happening: usually a first message, a few follow-ups if you don't reply, and more while we are working on an introduction with you. Message and data rates may apply.

Calls with Kandi or our team may be recorded and transcribed so we remember what you told us and can improve our service. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so on the call or ask us to email you instead.

We use your name, contact details, profession and the preferences you share with us to find roles for you and to contact you about them. We only share your details with an employer after you agree to that introduction. We never sell your information.

Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, how we keep it safe and how to ask us to delete it.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, in any way that suits you:

• Reply STOP to a text or WhatsApp message.
• Reply to any email asking us to stop.
• Tell Kandi or our team on a call.
• Email support@veritylabs.ai.

We'll stop that contact promptly. You can also ask us to stop only one channel, for example calls, and keep email.

You must be 18 or older and the details you give must be your own. Please keep them accurate, especially your licence and profession, so we only bring you roles you can take.

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we contact you, we'll tell you before it applies.
