Clinician Talent Graph

Most clinicians have no profile to find.

So start from the licence instead.

Kandidate is built on the national provider registry, so the first list is every clinician who holds a licence rather than the fraction who keep a profile current. Filter by specialty, state and setting. The licence is verified while you source, not discovered at credentialling.

    Why not just use LinkedIn?

Because most clinicians aren't meaningfully on it. Bedside nurses, CRNAs, techs and allied health staff have thin profiles or none, and the ones who do have profiles are the ones every other recruiter has already messaged. A registry starts from the licence, so coverage doesn't depend on whether someone chose to market themselves.

Is the licence data real, or scraped?

It comes from the national registry: number, state, status and taxonomy code. You can filter on it, which means you can rule out an unlicensed or lapsed candidate before you spend a call on them rather than discovering it at credentialling.

The registry has no phone numbers. How do you reach them?

The registry gives you the person and the credential; enrichment gives you the way in. Kandidate matches the licensed individual to current contact details across providers and returns a verified mobile or email, so registry coverage turns into an actual conversation instead of a name.

    Everything else buyers ask

Can it handle a genuinely rare specialty?

That's where the coverage pays. Filtering a complete population by taxonomy and state beats searching an incomplete one by keyword. For roles where the national pool is small, Market Check will tell you the real number before you commit a desk to it.

Does this cover non-clinical healthcare roles?

The registry covers licensed clinicians. Non-clinical healthcare hiring (revenue cycle, operations, IT) runs through the standard sourcing path across the other sources.

    How current is it?

Queries run against the registry rather than a stale internal copy, so a licence that lapsed last month reads as lapsed.

Can I search by setting as well as specialty?

Yes. Taxonomy codes carry the practice setting, so "cardiac OR" and "cath lab" are distinguishable rather than both being "cardiac".

Is this only useful in healthcare?

The Talent Graph is. Everything else in Kandidate (sourcing, screening, outreach, the pipeline) is industry-agnostic and is used well outside healthcare.

See it on one of your own roles.

A one-month pilot runs on two real roles from your desk. The fee credits 100% toward month one, so the trial costs you nothing if you continue.
