Sourcing

The people you want aren't reading job ads.

So stop waiting for them to.

Describe the role the way you'd say it to a colleague. Kandidate searches your own database, your ATS and six outside sources at the same time, merges what overlaps, and hands back one ranked list with contact details attached. No boolean strings, and no paying twice for the same person.

    Sourcing in Kandidate

Can it find people my job ads don't?

That's the whole point. Job boards reach the people already looking. Sourcing reaches the ones who aren't: the 92% of a licensed profession that is employed, competent and not reading adverts. You describe the role; it searches your own database alongside the external sources in one pass.

Do I have to learn a search syntax?

No. You write a sentence. Kandidate translates it into whatever each source actually speaks: a registry lookup here, an Elasticsearch query there. Where the sentence is genuinely ambiguous it asks a clarifying question rather than guessing and wasting a search.

By "cardiac experience", do you mean cardiac surgery specifically, or any cardiac setting including cath lab? The first returns 61 people, the second 308.

    People Data Labs96 enriched

Am I going to pay for the same person twice?

Searching six sources gives you one list, not six copies. Profiles are matched across sources before you see them, and a contact is only revealed, and only charged, when you ask for it. Enrichment runs on the shortlist you chose, never on the raw result set.

    Everything else buyers ask

Do I have to sit and run these?

Only if you want to. Hand the search to an agent and it works the plan overnight: run, review what came back, widen or narrow, run again. It asks for approval before each new round and before it spends anything, so you wake up to a shortlist and a log of what it tried, not a surprise bill.

What about candidates already in my ATS?

They're in the same result list, flagged as yours. Kandidate searches Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Workday and Zoho alongside the external sources, so the person you placed two years ago surfaces next to the stranger, and you find out you already knew them before you pay to discover them.

    Which sources does it search?

Your own candidate database and ATS, the NPPES national provider registry for US clinicians, CoreSignal, People Data Labs, RocketReach and LinkedIn. Which ones run depends on the role. A registry search makes no sense for a sales hire.

How accurate are the contact details?

Emails and mobiles come from a provider waterfall that stops at the first verified hit, so you're not charged for a chain of guesses. Anything unverified is labelled rather than presented as fact.

    Does it search LinkedIn?

Yes, and you can also pull profiles in directly from your browser while you're already on LinkedIn, with the extension. They land in the same pipeline as everything else.

Can I stop it searching certain countries?

Yes. Your organisation sets which countries it may source, enrich and contact in, and the boundary is enforced at all three points, not just the first. See Control.

What happens to the people it finds but I don't shortlist?

They stay in your database. The next search that matches them finds them for free. The second search on a desk is always cheaper than the first.

See it on one of your own roles.

A one-month pilot runs on two real roles from your desk. The fee credits 100% toward month one, so the trial costs you nothing if you continue.
