Which sources does it search?
Your own candidate database and ATS, the NPPES national provider registry for US clinicians, CoreSignal, and the Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder boards through the browser extension. Which ones run depends on the role. A registry search makes no sense for a sales hire.
How accurate are the contact details?
Contacts come from a provider waterfall that stops at the first hit for each channel, so you're not charged for a chain of guesses. Addresses are checked where the provider supports it, and anything unverified is labelled rather than presented as fact.
Does it search LinkedIn?
Public LinkedIn profiles surface through CoreSignal and web search, and you can pull a profile in directly from your browser with the extension. They land in the same pipeline as everything else.
Can I stop it searching certain countries?
Yes. Your organisation sets which countries it may source in, and every search is bounded by that list — a request can narrow it, never widen it. The same policy is checked again before enrichment spend and before contact. See Control.
What happens to the people it finds but I don't shortlist?
They stay in your database. The next search that matches them finds them for free. The second search on a desk is always cheaper than the first.
