AI Voice Calls

It says it's an AI, then books the meeting.

    Two minutes, recorded, summarised.

The agent calls your shortlist, discloses itself in the opening line, asks the questions you set, and writes the meeting into your calendar during the call. You read a transcript and four lines of outcome instead of listening to eight minutes.

    AI Voice Calls in Kandidate

Are you going to pretend to be a person?

No. The agent says it's an AI in the opening line, on every call, and that isn't a setting you can switch off. Candidates who are told plainly tend to stay on the call; the ones who work it out for themselves don't, and they tell people.

What do I get back from a call?

A recording, a transcript, and the part you actually use: the outcome and the next step in a sentence. Interested or not, what they said about comp, what would move them, when they can talk. You read four lines instead of listening to eight minutes.

    Outcome

Interested. Currently $225k, would move for day shift over money. Meeting booked Thursday 14:30. Asked about the call rota; answer it before the meeting.

Will it ring people at nine at night?

It won't. Calls are placed inside the window you set, in the candidate's own timezone, worked out from their number rather than assumed from the job's location. Retries respect the same window, and a candidate who opts out is never called again by anything in your organisation.

    Everything else buyers ask

Does it actually book, or just say it will?

It books. The agent holds your real availability, offers slots, and writes the meeting into the calendar on the call. If the candidate later needs to move it, they can cancel or reschedule themselves without a thread of emails, and your board updates.

Can I hear one before I trust it with my candidates?

Yes, and you should. Preview the script, change the questions, and place a test call to yourself before a single candidate is dialled. Nothing goes out on a script you haven't read.

What happens if the candidate says no?

The agent thanks them and ends. The outcome is recorded, the sequence stops, and they aren't called again for that role.

    Is SMS available too?

Yes. The same sequence engine sends SMS and WhatsApp, with the same consent and opt-out rules and the same held-before-send checks as email.

    What about voicemail?

The agent can leave a message identifying itself and the role, or stay silent and retry, depending on how you configure it.

    Are recordings kept?

Recordings and transcripts are retained under your organisation's retention policy and are what make the call auditable. Every call is replayable.

Is this compliant to run in the US?

The disclosure is mandatory, calling windows are enforced per timezone, opt-outs are honoured across the organisation, and outbound numbers carry the attestation US carriers require. See Control for the full set.
